CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
- The product must be unwashed, unworn, unused and without any flaws.
- The product must include all the accessories including original tags, and user manual.
- The product must be returned in the undamaged and original manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- It must be returned in the original condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put stickers or tape on the manufacturers’ package/box.
- You can exchange within 7 days.
- Burned Product or Product damaged with misuse is not claimable for exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
You can exchange anything you received within 7 days from the date you receive the parcel and deliver us by any of your convenient nearest courier companies. Please make sure which items you want to exchange should be well packed as you received broken or as it is you received without our permission used items cannot be exchange or refund, Courier company return charges paid by the customer.
We will refund delivery charges of 200/= rupees (in case a wrong product is delivered from us.) Bartan Online is already selling items at discounted rates, and using expensive Courier Services is not feasible for us.
When we receive your parcel, our team will inform you via text message you can adjust this amount in any next order or also can cash back,
In the special case if you shop items size is more than 1 x 1 x 1 ft then we show you expense that we pay for delivery to courier company because we are giving our customers Subsidy in delivery charges we take Rs. 200 from you even on your Package we spent more than customers will pay these charges, so these charges payable by you in case if it’s not our mistake.
Note: We’ll make sure the products we send our fully packed, reducing all the chances of damage, but if still any product is damaged, it will bat a risk to the customer. Rest assured the product will be packed carefully, reducing all the chances of damage.
How to Exchange a Product:
If you want to exchange a product then you have to send us the product through any courier service. Then, when we receive the product, our representative informs you through phone call/SMS.
We will issue a voucher code for the same amount of the product. We will not pay the delivery charges only the product purchase price will be entitled.

REPAIR TIME:
Product repair time is 15 working days. After that, you will get your product back to your mentioned address.
Please Note this warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage, fault or failure due to alteration or repairs made by anyone other than Us or using supplies and accessories other than those manufactured by Us.
- Product burn due to any kind of usage from the customer side.
- Any kind of damage from usage.
ORDER REFUND POLICY:
Refund Vouchers can only be redeemed on non-sale items.
Bartan Online will not entertain refunds/exchanges after the time mentioned above the frame. Items purchased on sale/discounts/promotions will not be returned/exchanged.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
- All the products ordered within PAKISTAN will be delivered within 2-3 working days, and our delivery timings across the country are between 9 am – 6 pm.
- Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes incurred at the purchase are non-refundable. Unfortunately, if you refuse delivery, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount since the courier has already paid the charge on your behalf.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) and Instore-Pickup option is only available in PAKISTAN.
- For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination. Handling charges and customs duties and vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so the charges will have to be borne by the customer once the parcel reaches your country.
- Depending on the specific product you have ordered and the country we are shipping to, our courier partner might ask you for certain documents (e.g. National ID, Tax ID or NOC letters) which need to be shared by you to complete and clear the requirements of the customs department.
- Due to the current situation, customers will be notified if there is any delay in the delivery of products. Please note that delivery might take longer than the indicated timings during sale and promotion periods due to the high volume of orders.
- Please note that com can expect delays in returns, refunds, and deliveries during Public Holidays, Promotional months, and Festive seasons such as Eid, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and the Holy month of Ramadan.
